Carrick

The name Carrick derives from the gold mining town and the mountain range to which Carrick looks. Founders Barbara and Steve Green had a love for Pinot Noir and so planted in 1994. They are located in the unique microclimate of Bannockburn which is famed for its Pinot Noir history in the region. An exciting addition to their record was in 2011 they were granted full organic certification for all vineyards with a number of their wines being made sulphur free - all to allow for the purest expression of the grapes.
